Tracked vs Cantilever – What’s Right for You?

Tracked sliding gates require a ground track and slide parallel to your driveway. Typically, you’ll need space equal to the width of the entrance plus around 500 mm for the slide-away area.
Cantilever sliding gates require no ground track, so they’re ideal if you want uninterrupted driveway paving or have an uneven surface. You’ll need a slide-away room equal to the entrance width plus approximately 30 % for the gear mechanism and overhang.
