Which One Should You Choose: A Metal Electric Gate or A Wooden Electric Gate?

Of course, this choice can be made very simple through personal preference. Some of you may prefer the visual appeal of some carefully crafted wrought iron metal gates while others may prefer the more natural look of timber. The next, and quite important question to ask yourself relates to maintenance. Now here we are not saying that electric gates we install require continual maintenance-they don’t. Where metal gates are concerned this usually just means a good clean down and removal of any every six months to inhibit the growth of any algae.Quite often it is the location of the property that will decide which type of electric gates will look best.
